The Customer Service Center (CSC) Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for the performance of the CSC coordinators operating across several locations. The CSC Coordinator Supervisor will administer the staffing composition of each shift and ensure that adequate manning is in place to perform the duties of the CSC. 


As the CSC Coordinator Supervisor, you will:

  • Staff each shift with an adequate number of coordinators to fulfill the various tasks of the CSC, to include building automation monitoring, administering to phone call requests for service across the region, as well as executing numerous specialty processes for specific customers
  • Ensure that all coordinators receive comprehensive training to be able to successfully handle any issues or customer service requests that arise
  • Administer to all P&O aspects of being a supervisor to include growth talks and, if necessary, progressive disciplinary procedures 
  • Work closely with the Specialist Supervisor, the CSC Manager and the CSC Director to ensure the coordinators are equipped to handle any conceivable issues that may arise
  • Periodically serve on each shift to observe all coordinators in person
  • Have an infectious, positive attitude and demeanor, the ability and willingness to take initiative and accountability for your actions and have an attention to detail in all administrative work.
 

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED 
  • 3+ years of experience serving in a customer service role in a large corporation 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must be able to demonstrate comfort in a matrixed environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • 10% Travel required with the region
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
  • This is a hybrid opportunity, we ask that you can be in the local office 2 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years serving in a customer service role with a large corporation 
  • Supervisory experience
  • Solid foundation in Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid business writing skills and comfort in meetings with personnel at all levels of the organization

The pay range for this position is $60,340 - $103,440 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
