We are looking for a versatile Business Analyst (Consultant) who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys navigating the complex landscape between business and technology. This is not a traditional BA role — we need someone who can go beyond gathering requirements to ensure business needs are truly met in outcomes, not just in analysis.

As part of our consulting team, you will engage with diverse clients and stakeholders, adapting your style to suit each engagement. You’ll be comfortable in both technical and business conversations, able to translate jargon into plain language, and ensure that customer and business needs are clearly understood, communicated, and delivered.

What You’ll Do

• Lead requirement elicitation and analysis sessions, ensuring clarity and alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language, and vice versa.
• Adapt your approach and toolkit depending on the client, methodology, and project context.
• Contribute to digital solution design, IT transformations, and technology-driven change initiatives.
• Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring customer needs remain central from discovery through to delivery.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and support benefit realization tracking
• Perform standard BA activities including process mapping, gap analysis, requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably experienced with IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to elicit, document, and validate requirements in a variety of contexts and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.).
• Comfortable translating technical language into accessible insights for business users.
• A mindset focused on outcomes, not just deliverables.
• Active interest in emerging tech trends like AI, automation, and data analytics.
• Professional communication - maintaining clarity, respect, and confidence in every interaction. Truly understanding customer concerns and building trust through empathy.
• Proactive Support - anticipating customer needs, going extra mile, more than expected. Solving issues swiftly, effectively, and with ownership
