Join our CF R 7 SW team in Siemens Digital Industries Software as an Associate Manager Accounting and play an pivotal role in ensuring conformity with our global accounting standards and providing meaningful and insightful information to our Management.

This position is part of the General Accounting team and reports to the Americas Head of Accounting. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

What role will you play?

·       You will be a member of a team that provides expert technical accounting support and full cycle accounting

·       Lead merger and acquisition topics

·       As a member of a team that operates in a highly transformative accounting and reporting landscape, you will continuously drive initiatives to improve and optimize our system and process

·       You will partner with colleagues in our accounting organization, purchasing, tax, financial planning and analysis, IT as well as other internal and external stakeholders such as our auditors and lead topics to closure

·       Additional reporting and audit management scope may apply according to need and experience

·       With a passion for technology, you will be leading the deployment of our SAP ERP system (S/4 Hana) and other finance and reporting tools

Does this sound good? Our perfect candidate must …

·       Be interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast paced international environment

·       Have a finance/accounting degree, with a minimum of 6 years relevant work experience in a similar accounting role / CPA or equivalent experience

·       Excellent interpersonal acumen and executive presence including written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to explain complex accounting topics and financial results to senior leadership

·       Display excellent technical knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system

·       Display accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills and demonstrate exceptional critical thinking skills with the capability to break down complex problems to determine root cause issues and troubleshoot and develop systemic solutions

·       Experience in leading and developing high performing teams and managing cross-functional projects

·       Must reside in the Plano, TX location
