The Sales Performance Training Manager is an expert in the facilitation, design and execution of advanced sales training, sales coaching, sales leadership development to enable an effective and efficient professional sales team. Reporting to the Sales Excellence - People Excellence Manager, the Sales Performance Training Manager is responsible for managing comprehensive sales development and training programs led by the SI S&OP Sales Excellence organization.
We are looking for a Sales Performance Training Manager. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental, US.

This position provides support for the Siemens Smart Infrastructure for facilitation of meetings, breakouts, speakers, and in driving messaging from Sales Leadership to our sales teams.
- Serves as a SME for sales-related training and content projects.
- Must be able and willing to travel extensively throughout North America up 50%
- Must have the ability to successfully prepare for and pass certification on 2-5 sales training programs during first year of hire, and 1-2 programs per year thereafter as appointed.
- Provides mentoring and support for the ramping-up and training of other professional instructors.
- Demonstrate versatility in delivering effective training across multiple platforms: in-person, virtual, telephonic, and digital environments.
- Experienced in implementing cutting-edge interactive training technologies and platforms (breakout rooms, gamification).

Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to prepare for and facilitate advanced sales training courses to groups of sales professionals, sales managers, and business development managers.
- Participates in the design, content development and testing of new and revised sales courses, programs and sales performance tools.
- 8+ years’ experience facilitating advanced sales training programs.
- 5+ years’ experience in outside sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Provides support to sales leadership as needed for facilitation of meetings, breakouts, speaker, and in driving messaging from Sales Leadership to our sales teams.
- SME for sales related training and content projects.
- Must be able and willing to travel extensively throughout North America up 70%

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $175,644 annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
