The Sales Excellence-People Excellence Manager drives effectiveness of Sales Excellence programs in alignment with Siemens Smart Infrastructure Sales, Channel Management, Business Units and other stakeholders by ensuring training program deliverables to meet or exceed targets, are completed at a highly professional level and within agreed timelines. Reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence, the People Excellence Manager is responsible for managing comprehensive sales development and training programs led by the SI S&OP Sales Excellence organization.
We are looking for a Sales Excellence Performance Manager. This position is based in Norcross, GA.
You’ll make an impact by:
Responsible for managing and developing a comprehensive training portfolio, to include:
- Coordinating and collaborating on Siemens-wide global training initiatives
- Leading the creation of E-Learnings for the Siemens Smart Infrastructure sales organization
- Conducting bi-annual Bootcamp for new hires, including the Channel Partner Development Program
- Overseeing the Sales Development Program and Internship program curriculum and execution
- Leading Account Management Excellence (AME) program
- Aligning training needs with P&O
- Creating and reviewing Sales Competency Initiatives with P&O
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Required Skills
- Experience with sales methodology training and implementation
- Understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
- Virtual training delivery and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated success in multi-modal training delivery (virtual, in-person, hybrid)
- Experience in digital learning platform management and implementation
- 8+ years of Sales Leadership experience
- 3+ years of Sales Training experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing channel partner training programs
- Knowledge of modern sales enablement tools (e.g., Revegy, Highspot)
- Track record of implementing innovative learning solutions
- Ability to measure and track training effectiveness across multiple platforms
- Podcast production and content development expertise
- Preferred degree in Business, Engineering or Education

The pay range for this position is TBD - TBD annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
