We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Excellence Professional to join our Continuous Improvement team. If you thrive on solving complex problems, coaching others, and making a tangible impact, this role is for you!

What you’ll do:

As a Continuous Improvement Business Excellence Professional, you'll be a key driver in shaping our operational excellence journey. Your mission will be to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our processes are as efficient and effective as possible, end-to-end.

  • You'll be the go-to expert, supporting and coaching teams across the organization to identify, plan, and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, always with a holistic, end-to-end process view.
  • Establish robust reporting mechanisms and dashboards to gain transparency into our CI efforts, track progress, measure impact, and celebrate successes across various initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advise on, develop, and refine training materials and content related to Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other CI methodologies, ensuring our teams are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge.
  • Support communication activities, campaigns, and events that effectively elevate and promote the organization's CI achievements, fostering engagement and a shared commitment to excellence.
  • Proactively identify areas for process optimization, waste reduction, and value creation through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions and drive problem-solving initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent, inspiring and mentoring colleagues to embrace a continuous improvement mindset and actively participate in process enhancements.

What you’ll bring:

We’re looking for someone with a blend of technical expertise, practical experience, and a collaborative spirit.

  • Proven experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment, understanding shared services models and their unique operational challenges.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our diverse global teams. Additional languages are a plus!
  • Strong training and hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), Agile, or similar frameworks.
  • A demonstrable track record of successfully implemented projects that have led to measurable organizational improvements, cost savings, or enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively coach, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in supporting change management initiatives, helping teams adapt to new processes and ways of working.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools, data analysis, and project management software.
