Working Student (f/m/d) – Support for Digital Transformation and AI Projects
Mode of Employment:Limited, max. 20h/week

- You will assist in supporting AI-driven and digital transformation initiatives, starting from the concept phase through to global implementation, ensuring that projects align with strategic goals
- Additionally, you will prepare and analyze data to derive insights that influence decision making, using your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you will help assess business needs, map requirements, and model processes which includes preparing test plans and executing solution testing
- Furthermore, you will aid in defining and refining use cases for RPA, BPM, AI, and analytics solutions to enhance business operations
- Lastly, you will support the department by conducting market research on emerging technology trends and creating clear presentations to communicate findings
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: Currently enrolled in an ongoing degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- Experience or interest in supporting AI-driven and digital transformation projects
- Basic knowledge of process modeling or automation tools such as BPMN, Pega, ServiceNow, Power Automate, or UiPath
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven problem solving
- Ways of Working: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures, coupled with a self-starter attitude
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
