Senior Alliance Partner Manager BENELUX

Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking for a highly experienced Senior Alliance Partner Manager to lead co-sell, service-led partnership initiatives and manage strategic relationships with multinational Cloud providers, enterprise service partners, and system integrators across the BeNeLux region.
In this senior role, you will play a key part in driving co-sell revenue, shaping joint go-to-market strategies, developing differentiated solutions, and managing performance metrics to ensure long-term success with our Alliance Partners.
This role is based in Belgium or the Netherlands. We operate in a flexible hybrid model, with our team collaborating in the Rotterdam office twice a week.
Your New Role
Your responsibilities will be divided across two key areas:
Co-selling & Sourcing (~70%)
- Partner closely with Sales Executives to activate accounts by aligning partner capabilities with customer plans and identifying new white-space opportunities.
- Co-create innovative partner-led solutions leveraging Siemens’ SaaS offerings in engineering and manufacturing.
- Drive demand generation through the design and execution of joint campaigns with partners, targeting priority segments and accounts.
- Support the sales cycle by integrating partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, while actively managing pipeline health.
- Oversee partner-led service delivery, including the sale of assurance packages, to ensure customer success and long-term growth potential.
Governance, Planning, Enablement & Execution (~30%)
- Own and manage strategic partnerships across regions, aligning on shared initiatives and tracking performance.
- Lead joint business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners and Siemens stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans grounded in competitive insights and market research.
- Design and implement joint go-to-market strategies — including co-sell, co-build, and co-deliver initiatives.
- Champion the value of partnerships internally and foster alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators such as pipeline growth, deal velocity, and partner maturity.
- Represent Siemens at partner events and mentor junior Alliance Partner Managers as part of your leadership impact.
Your Qualifications
- A proven track record of excellence in software sales, especially through strategic co-sell alliances that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Extensive experience in building and scaling high-impact partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Hyperscalers, and leading Cloud Providers — ideally on a regional or global level.
- Deep expertise in Alliance-led go-to-market strategies for enterprise software, especially SaaS, including co-creation of solutions and execution of joint sales motions.
- A background in the manufacturing or engineering sector is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills, with a strong ability to articulate value and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales outcomes through collaboration, even without direct authority.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to assess and capitalize on complex business opportunities.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and partner relationship management tools.
- Willingness to travel across BeNeLux
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English (French is a valuable addition).
