Join our Digital Industry as the Business Admin and Order Management and help us transform the everyday by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow. 

You‘ll make an impact by:
Support sales with preparation of customer offers for assigned customers
Checking and sending customer orders for processing by ensuring completeness of required documentation
Ensuring correct booking of orders, revenue, cost and accruals
Commercially review and manage orders according to general accounting principles & financial reporting guidelines
Placing Purchase Orders to factories against customer orders received
Monitoring and following up for deliveries
Processing and execution of orders including delivery release, preparation of sales invoices with backups, submission of invoices to customer for acceptance and collection of receivables
Receivables management including follow-up with customer in collaboration with cash collection team
Prepare sales forecast for orders of assigned customers
Manage commercial activities of an assigned Business Unit including applying for bank guarantees where required
 
Your success is grounded in:
Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent from reputable institute
User knowledge of SAP is mandatory (Sales & Logistics module)
IFRS-15 knowledge will be considered as an advantage
3+ years working experience in sales & commercial management in a multinational company, preferably in Electrical & Electronics Industry
Basic knowledge of Saudi VAT laws and regulations
Excellent communications skills
Basic analytical skills, problem solving and strategic thinking
