Order Management & Quality Specialist
As an Order Management & Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of customer purchase orders while maintaining strong relationships with our business partners and clients. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, solve challenges with a proactive mindset, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience and product security standards.
What you will do
Order and Customer Management

Receive and review customer purchase orders via email and web portals.

Validate prices and materials against internal systems and agreements, coordinating with Sales and Business Units when needed.

Forward validated POs for processing in SAP and confirm Sales Orders with customers.

Coordinate logistics contacts, delivery dates, and shipment updates.

Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies between customer POs and internal records, ensuring timely resolution.
Customer Experience Management

Implement Cust5omer Experience strategies and programs (e.g., NPS, complaints management) and ensure proper follow-up on feedback.

Monitor customer satisfaction metrics using tools such as Pulse. Cloud and e-complian.

Collaborate across functions to embed customer experience principles and foster continuous improvement.
Product and Solution Security (PSS)

Support the implementation of the PSS governance framework and ensure alignment with corporate standards.

Coordinate incident and vulnerability handling, risk reporting, and improvement initiatives.
What you bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations.

Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 10004:2018 standards is a plus.
