You'll make an impact by

• You support the transformation journey by bringing transparency into data-driven decision making, which is crucial for business success
• Additionally, you will document Data Guidance and Best Practices and coordinate these efforts with central activities within Siemens to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Furthermore, you assist in Data & AI Literacy and Communication activities to enhance understanding and engagement across teams
• Lastly, you take over specific tasks within the Data Competency Team's working package and roadmap, contributing directly to the strategic goals of the project

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Master's program, preferably related to Data Science, AI, or Business
• Experience and Skills:
  • Experience in documenting best practices and coordinating activities
  • Familiarity with data-driven business transformation and enterprise architecture
• Ways of Working: Demonstrates proactive engagement and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required
