Position Overview
Join the innovative team at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where we're at the forefront of shaping the future of marketing. We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Program Manager, where you will be instrumental in spearheading the planning, execution, and oversight of our key GTM strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will lead a diverse portfolio of strategic programs, working within a cohesive team environment. We require a professional with deep marketing expertise and a comprehensive grasp of end-to-end marketing processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing program needs, guiding team members, coordinating project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring the consistent implementation of best practices across all marketing campaign activities, from initial strategy and management to reporting and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Go-to-Market Program Leadership: Independently lead and strategically guide significant Marketing programs across Siemens' business units, ensuring strong alignment with overarching Go-to-Market strategies and driving impactful marketing plans with a high degree of autonomy.
- Comprehensive Program & Project Management: Manage a variety of complex marketing programs, encompassing meticulous documentation of scope, proactive risk management, detailed scheduling, robust communication plans, performance measurement, clear status reporting, scope change management, and thorough lessons learned.
- Performance Measurement & Enhancement: Own the research and analysis of data reporting and dashboards to track project status, identify risks, ensure quality, and measure overall performance. Collaborate with colleagues and management to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Expert Guidance: Foster exceptional communication and effective collaboration across diverse international and remote teams, internal stakeholders, and senior management. Act as a trusted partner and advisor to internal marketing functions, providing strategic guidance and facilitating deliverables on key initiatives.
- Strategic Resource Management: Strategically manage and optimize the marketing budget, overseeing allocation, forecasting, and expenditure tracking to maximize return on investment and support program objectives.
- Vendor Relationship Leadership: Cultivate and lead strong, collaborative relationships with key external vendors, including contract negotiation, performance management, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements for successful partnerships.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated Program Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex programs or projects within a B2B marketing environment, from initiation through to successful completion.
- Strategic Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of core marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across diverse channels (e.g., digital, content, product marketing, events).
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, strategies, and plans clearly and concisely to various stakeholders and audiences.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with essential productivity and collaboration tools, including the Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and knowledge management platforms.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: A highly detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high quality in all program documentation and deliverables.
- Strong Organizational & Project Management Skills: Robust organizational capabilities and a proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives concurrently, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Collaborative & Independent Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating effectiveness both independently and as a team player.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Normal office environment or remote work.
- Minimal travel required (less than 15%).

The pay range for this position is $102,500 - $184,500 annually with a target incentive of 5-8% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
