Service Product Manager (f/m/d) – Siemens Grid Software

We are seeking a Service Product Manager for GSW. The successful candidate will lead the development and lifecycle of service offerings for our Grid Software portfolio, focusing on digitalization, performance optimization, and customer-centric innovation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
As a Service Product Manager at Siemens Grid Software, you will:
- Own the service portfolio lifecycle: Define, develop, launch, and retire service offerings across the Grid Software suite and in strong collaboration with our Customer Services unit.
- Shape go-to-market strategies: Develop pricing models, positioning, and value propositions for service products.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration: Align with our Customer Services unit and sales to ensure seamless service delivery and scalability.
- Ensure customer success: Partner with customer success teams to design onboarding, training, and support services that maximize adoption and satisfaction.
- Drive digital service innovation: Introduce new service models such as subscription-based offerings, predictive maintenance, and AI-driven analytics.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis: Identify trends, benchmark against competitors, and translate insights into service differentiation.
- Manage financial performance: Track revenue, profitability, and cost structures of service offerings, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Champion continuous improvement: Collect customer feedback, monitor KPIs, and implement enhancements to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Support global rollout: Coordinate with regional teams to adapt services to local market needs while maintaining global consistency.
- Represent Siemens externally: Act as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops to showcase Siemens’ service innovation.

? What You Bring
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in product management, service development, ideally in digital grid technologies.
- Strong understanding of energy systemsand grid automation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and SAFe framework is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
