• Exploring the interactions between host networks and Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) to uncover critical dependencies and performance factors.
• Contributing valuable insights that drive the development of next-generation industrial communication systems.
• Supporting the implementation of virtual PLC systems over host networks by enabling reliable and deterministic TSN-protected traffic.
• Helping shape the future of industrial automation through research that bridges theoretical understanding and practical application.

Your defining qualities

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a master's program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience & Skills:

• Basic familiarity with Linux
• Foundational knowledge of networking concepts
• Strong programming skills (Python, Bash, C) 

• Ways of working: Intellectual curiosity and resilience are what set you apart
• Languages: You can communicate effectively in English; German is a plus
