You'll make an impact by

• Architecting and developing robust backend applications within our Vulnerability Intelligence Team, focusing on integrating various systems using Ruby on Rails and ensuring API compatibility and security
• Establishing connections with publisher-subscriber systems and message queue architecture (e.g. Amazon SQS) to integrate our service.
• Creating and implementing comprehensive test strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain high software quality standards
• Enhancing and maintaining the scalability, maintainability, and security of the applications by regularly evaluating performance, implementing feature requests, and performing bug fixes and security updates

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You have a Master's degree with relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with several years of experience
• Experience and Skills:
  • Proven experience in Full Stack development, with a strong understanding of API design principles (JSON:API)
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and solid understanding of message queue architectures (e.g. Amazon SQS) and publisher-subscriber systems
  • Experience with integrating various systems via APIs and knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud-based application environments
• Ways of Working: 
• You demonstrate an ability to work effectively in a SAFe and Agile environment, ensuring scalability and maintainability of applications
• You are known for your ability to communicate complex technical details effectively in English and work collaboratively in a dynamic, international team environment, aligning closely with your colleagues in adjacent roles
• You use modern software development tools, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines and follow security best practices for cloud-based applications
• Languages: Proficiency in technical English
