IT Quality Manager
About the Role
As an IT Quality Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for all development activities within a defined Quality Management System (QMS) based on an IT lifecycle process. You will also act as the interface owner to a second QMS, which you are familiar with but do not directly manage. Your role is critical in ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency in a complex, regulated IT environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and manage quality assurance for all development activities within the IT lifecycle process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, especially ISO 13485 (medical devices), ISO 9001 (quality management), and ISO/IEC 27001 (information security).
- Document, review, and approve all relevant process steps in accordance with internal and external quality requirements.
- Coordinate and manage interfaces between two QMS frameworks.
- Represent your area of responsibility to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions in both Quality systems
- Support audits, reviews, and training activities related to IT quality processes.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in IT quality management, ideally in regulated industries (e.g., medical technology, pharmaceuticals).
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and ISO/IEC 27001.
- Familiarity with IT lifecycle processes and their documentation.
- Experience with ITIL, Lean, SAFe, or similar methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and documentation systems.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
- High level of self-responsibility, structured working style, and assertiveness.
- Ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Passion for quality, processes, and continuous improvement.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 3000 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
