Then come and join our global team as Head (f/m/d) of Neuro-Degenerative Diseases (NDD).

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You drive the cross-Business Line/Business Area roadmap for imaging, diagnostic, and data-driven solutions supporting early detection and disease monitoring in NDD with special focus on Alzheimer’s, but also including Parkinson’s, ALS, and related CNS disorders.
  • You develop & coordinate a G2M strategy jointly with industry partners, 3rd party companies, and research institutions to enter core & new markets in neurodiagnostic and imaging for neurodegenerative diseases.
  • You establish and foster partnerships/collaborations in neuroimaging, diagnostics, and clinical research ecosystems (e.g. for offering integration and market access).
  • You engage with patient advocacy groups to support market access initiatives and the adoption of solutions.
  • You build and lead a team of cross-functional experts in imaging, business development, product management, marketing, and medical affairs.
  • You coordinate international and diverse project teams with team members from various company units, external experts, and/or consultants to ensure effective project delivery.
  • You work closely with specialized neuroimaging and diagnostics sales teams to shape product positioning, develop compelling messaging and support commercial success.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • You hold a PhD or Master’s degree in Life SciencesNeurosciencePharmacology, or a closely related biomedical or MedTech discipline.
  • You possess a comprehensive understanding of the NDD therapy lifecycle, spanning from early-phase clinical studies through post-marketing activities.
  • You excel at translating clinical needs into impactful product features and solutions.
  • You have scientific credentials, demonstrated by publications, conference presentations, or advisory roles within clinical neuroscienceneurodegenerative diseases, or CNS drug development would be a plus.
  • You have a thorough understanding of regulatory processesdiagnostic procedures, and imaging technologies in clinical neurology and neurodegenerative disease patient pathways.
  • You have a proven ability to identify business growth opportunities, successfully launch products in new markets, and develop strategic go-to-market plans.
  • You demonstrate a successful track record in leading cross-functional collaborations, strategic program management, and business development initiatives.
  • You are experienced in navigating and influencing matrixed organizations/cross-functional environments and leading complex projects.
  • You are well-connected with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory government bodies within the neurodegenerative disease field.
  • You bring substantial experience in team leadership and have operated effectively in international settings across cultures and multiple time zones.

  • You demonstrated the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration across organizational boundaries and building strategic alliances with external partners to accelerate innovation and business growth.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including representation with authorities and policymakers, as well as the capability to influence decisions in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • You are skilled in delivering compelling presentations that simplify complex topics, motivate, and convince others regardless of reporting structures.
  • You are results-driven with a hands-on approach and strong business acumen
  • You are proactive and responsible, with the ability to make sound, timely decisions and confidently defend them under pressure.
  • You have a deep commitment to patient-centric values and a passion for driving transformative innovation.
