We are looking for: Senior Electrical Engineer (Integration Engineer / Electrical – MV Switchgear Engineering,

You’ll make an impact by:

·       Analyse and interpret customer technical specifications, one-line and schematic diagrams to design tailored Siemens MV solution packages, including protection and control systems.

·       Lead technical discussions during Order Kick-off meetings and business development sessions, ensuring alignment on project milestones and approvals.

·       Collaborate with Project Management for seamless execution from bid phase through project handover.

·       Independently prepare and review all customer approval documents and manufacturing documentation for MV switchgear.

·       E-House/ Compact & Modular substations to Generate the Bills of Materials, Layout Drawings, Single Line Diagrams, Cable Schedules, and Specification Review documents using sound engineering judgment.

·       Work cross-functionally with Mechanical, LV, and Safety Engineers to develop integrated technical solutions.

·       Apply expertise in Heat Loss, fault level calculations and switchgear ratings to ensure robust system design.

·       Deliver comprehensive customer-facing closeout and as-built documentation.

·       Take full technical ownership of solution package projects from concept to handover.

·       Drive process and tool improvements to enhance team efficiency.

·       Maintain confidentiality of Siemens and customer information.

·       Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with minimum 8+ years of experience in EPC, engineering, manufacturing, utility, or industrial environments.

·       Advanced degree may substitute for 6+ years of experience.

·       Proficient in electrical power distribution design and application.

·       Strong understanding of relay protection & control schemes, schematics, and communication network diagrams.

·       Skilled in Electrical AutoCAD, Engineering Base, Visio Schematic, Revit, NX tools, EPLAN, and SAP.

·       Capable of analysing customer specifications and delivering cost-effective, timely solutions.

·       Basic financial acumen to support budgeting and lifecycle management.

·       Excellent collaboration, leadership, and multitasking abilities.

·       Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.

·       Ability to identify market trends and collaborate with Marketing and Technology to address gaps.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and product configuration/pricing tools.

·       Travel requirement: Less than 10%.
