In Internal Audit you help to improve the overall success of Siemens Healthineers operations and processes and provide independent, factual, unbiased assurance to the Managing Board and Audit Committee. As a business partner to Siemens Healthineers executive management, we leverage our expertise in a wide range of topics in order to create impact that drives change with improved financial results. You will work on different assurance engagements for various internal clients globally.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will contribute to international audit topics at Siemens Healthineers and act as a trusted business partner to management.
- You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of Finance and Operations audits (e.g., SCM, Sales and Procurement) and assume additional responsibilties, for example, as workstream lead.
- You will develop and implement comprehensive audit programs and methods following our audit methodology to address identified business and financial risks.
- You will highlight important observations (e.g., from analytical procedures) and translate technical findings into an audit report addressed to the management and define effective actions that eliminate root causes and mitigate the identified risk.
- You will analyze and improve audit methods and drive productivity and the achieved level of assurance by applying existing digital solutions and actively fostering the development of new digital use-cases.
- You will collaborate with business departments and functions (e.g., Controlling, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations), and present results in a target group-oriented manner to management and stakeholders.
- You will represent Internal Audit within Siemens Healthineers, strengthening our position as a trusted internal partner and supporting risk identification.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a degree in Business Administration or similar degree. Focus on Finance / Accounting / Controlling is a plus.
- You have many years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting or Audit within Siemens Healthineers or Siemens or extensive experience as an auditor in a “Big 4” firm or corporate audit/assurance.
- You have profound analytical skills and knowledge of financial reporting and planning processes including the related tool landscape (e.g., HOP, ESPRIT, P58) of Siemens Healthineers or Siemens or an international corporate environment, as well as knowledge of IFRS and internal control systems.
- You possess solid knowledge of finance processes (e.g., O2C, P2P) and value streams (e.g., Country, Headquarters) and the different business types (e.g., Service, Equipment, Project) of Siemens Healthineers or Siemens or an international corporate environment.
- You have proven practical experience in digitalization and digital change management, including the development and meaningful usage of Business Intelligence capabilities, process automation, and Generative AI/Copilot.
- You bring proven qualifications in project management, enabling the structured and goal-driven execution of complex initiatives, complemented by extensive experience in stakeholder engagement.
Your attributes and skills:
- You are fluent in English, as all audits are conducted exclusively in English. German or another language is a plus.
- You are confident in preparing and delivering compelling management presentations and communications for different audiences including C-level, clearly conveying complex financial matters, while effectively leading meetings in an engaging manner.
- You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and are proficient in using digital tools and applying statistical methods to analyze large datasets.
- You have a digital mindset and show a high level of initiative, curiosity, and strive to continuously grow, especially when it comes to state-of-the-art technology (e.g., GenAI).
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and strive to deliver high quality results.
- You are willing to travel internationally (up to 20%) to fulfill your audit responsibilities worldwide.
