We want to join a Senior Financial Manager for the international sales and bid projects. This role is critical in ensuring the financial integrity and strategic alignment of complex global bids, including costing, pricing, cashflow planning, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full commercial responsibility for the financial planning and execution of international bids (Category B and C projects).
Lead the preparation of competitive and complex offers in collaboration with technical and regional teams.
Ensure accurate costing, pricing, and cashflow planning aligned with legal, tax, business model, and financing requirements.
Analyze tender documents, define bid strategies, and manage the process from contract negotiation to finalization.
Drive the winning strategy and tactics, including competitive pricing and risk management.
Represent Siemens Mobility in customer meetings and negotiations on commercial matters, alongside the technical sales director.
Oversee business administration tasks such as guarantees, insurance, shipping instructions, invoicing, and reporting.


Main Tasks:

Support the technical sales manager in all commercial and legal matters to define the correct costing, winning price strategy, and ensure cashflow planning.
Analyze, assess, and negotiate complex international tenders and contracts.
Define business models and contractual terms with customers, consortium partners, and subcontractors.
Advise and guide regional units on commercial aspects of the offer.
Identify and financially assess risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation or optimization measures.
Ensure offer calculations comply with internal guidelines (LoA live tool).
Manage asset planning and cashflow forecasting.
Coordinate commercial aspects such as bank guarantees, insurance, and tax matters.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, commercial law, and internal business administration policies.


Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience in financial project roles.
CPM Certified within Siemens.
Proven experience in international project management and financial strategy.
Strong knowledge of Siemens business processes, policies, and tools (e.g., Spiridon, Dash/Roccit, GREAT, EPIQ, PM@Siemens).
Experience working in multicultural teams.
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Previous participation in Siemens talent programs is a plus.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Structured, persistent, open-minded, and creative.
