[담당 업무]

• You will manage the Customer Service in the selected regional area as an economic unit with a process-oriented organization.
• You will follow Zone Korea and HQ defined business objective for achieving required operating profit.
• You will expand Healthcare competitiveness with professional services to ensure highest customer satisfaction in the selected region.
• You shall highest technical, operational and financial performance on the installation, services and maintenance, upgrades and updates of medical equipment.
• You will perform installation, operation, maintenance, repair, updating, and support of medical imaging equipment (CT, MR, Angio, X-ray, etc.).
• You will maintain smooth communication with the headquarters support center and regional support centers regarding customer requests and complaints.
• You will manage materials and reporting tasks related to customer service in the Chungcheong and Honam regions.

[필수 자격 요건]

1. You have obtained or are expected to obtain a bachelor's degree or higher in electrical/electronic engineering fields (such as electronics engineering or biomedical engineering), or in health-related fields.
2. You communicate in English (capable of participating in business training conducted in English abroad).
3. You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
4. You are not under no restrictions on overseas travel (for males, must have completed military service or be exempt).
5. You hold or are planning to obtain a driver's license.
6. (Preferred) You can handle customer communication on-site and respond flexibly.
7. (Preferred) You have no difficulty working in the Gwangju or Jeonju area.

[채용 조건]

1. Position Type: 6-month internship (with potential conversion to regular employment based on performance evaluation).
2. Experience Level: Entry-level (0-3 year experience).
3. Location: Daejeon (Gwangju after conversion)
4. Compensation: According to company policy.
