You'll make an impact by

  • You will assist the Local Connectivity team by managing administrative tasks such as scheduling and coordinating meetings, which are essential for maintaining smooth operations
  • Furthermore, you will handle documentation management, ensuring all reports, presentations, and meeting minutes are accurately prepared and organized under supervision
  • Additionally, you'll maintain and update task boards and reporting systems to provide clear visibility on the progress of tasks to all team members
  • Your role also includes acting as a point of contact for the team, managing both incoming and outgoing communications effectively to support day-to-day operations
  • By engaging in these activities, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in IT service management and enhance your skills in working within an international and cross-functional team environment

  • Education: You are currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience and Skills:
    • You have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, specifically Local Area Network (LAN) concepts
    • You possess experience with project-related tasks and documentation management
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project, and have a basic awareness of ITIL principles
  • Ways of Working: You are a strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with virtual or remote stakeholders in international, culturally diverse, and cross-functional environments
  • Languages: You are business-fluent in English, both written and verbal
