About the Job
As the Campaign Marketing Manager for Manufacturing, you will be a critical driver of our growth strategy, responsible for understanding the unique needs and opportunities within your assigned market segment. You will act as a strategic partner to our sales organization, developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to generate high-quality leads, cultivate opportunities, and ultimately contribute directly to revenue growth. This role requires a blend of critical thinking, hands-on campaign execution, and a deep commitment to measurable results.
What you will do
Strategic Campaign Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, events, social media) tailored to the vertical's target audience.
- Identify compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with the specific needs and challenges of customers in manufacturing.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy.
Sales Partnership & Enablement:
- Work closely with the sales teams (including business development) to understand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring marketing efforts directly support sales objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales, providing market insights, reporting, and campaign updates.
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Lead all aspects of the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, working with internal creative teams, external agencies, and marketing operations.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with third parties to amplify the Brightly message when applicable.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Deliver clear benchmarks and metrics for all campaigns, focusing on lead generation, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
- Analyze and forecast the expected performance of planned marketing programs quarterly, with monthly adjustments to align campaign goals with sales targets and overall business objectives. Continuously monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Use of marketing analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve return on investment and achieve targets.
- Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to collaborators, including sales leadership and the CMO
What you need
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred; certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo) are a plus.
Experience:
- 5–8 years in B2B SaaS marketing; experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software or manufacturing industry marketing is advantageous.

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
