We are seeking a motivated professional to support the department with key responsibilities below:

Manage in-house commercial matters, including rental payments to landlords and internal rent allocation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Independently resolve basic accounting issues while effectively managing deadlines under pressure.
Ensure strict adherence to corporate financial policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with organizational guidelines.
Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial reports to the Global Business Service team.
Oversee the accurate processing of purchase orders, ensure timely payments, and maintain meticulous financial records.
Provide support for administrative tasks within the department to enhance operational efficiency.
Undertake ad hoc assignments as required to support business objectives.
Handle any ad hoc requests

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial administration. Fresh Graduation with accounting academic background also be considered.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively as a team player with excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in a multinational corporate environment is advantageous.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant PC software/applications.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
