Job Summary:

  • Responsible for delivering comprehensive marketing and communication solutions for Digital Industries' business. The incumbent will combine strategic oversight and strong execution capabilities to enhance brand visibility, foster stakeholder engagement, and support business growth.
  • The role encompasses the creation & management of an integrated go-to-market strategy, building business narrative using digital marketing, content development, and event planning, and collaborating with business stakeholders for launches and internal communication initiatives.
  • Operating in a dynamic, data-driven environment requires agility, adaptability, and creativity to ensure effective outcomes and continuous brand advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an integrated communications & marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines, including Field Marketing. Oversees and manages all day-to-day market communication operations with a team assigned
  • Contributes to budget planning processes for the respective unit. Ensures coherence with internal guidelines and allocates personnel resources.
  • Creating compelling value propositions for software solutions & technology products using a multi-channel approach.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities for new product launches, including go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and launch events.
  • Drive engagement through social media strategies, digital campaigns, and analytics-driven optimization.
  • Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to strengthen brand presence. | Coordinate and support the organization of corporate events, exhibitions, and high-profile stakeholder visits.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, intranet content development, and internal branding activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
  • Lead, mentor & motivate a group of marketers to achieve team goals

 Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.

Experience:

  • 12-15 years of proven experience in marketing, branding, and communications, ideally within B2B or infrastructure sectors.
  • Exposure to software, automation, or related industries will be considered an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Proactive & Agile : Demonstrates the ability to take initiative, work independently, and make timely, collaborative, and informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working seamlessly with teams and departments to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Digital & Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite, Canva, and design/editing tools; familiarity with marketing automation platforms, AI-driven marketing tools, and business analytics systems is preferred.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience in social media marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional Communication skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills with a flair for impactful storytelling and brand messaging.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
