JOIN US! WE MAKE REAL WHAT MATTERS. THIS IS YOUR ROLE

1) Order Intake reporting- Monthly

a. Correct reflection of new orders in COPA

b. Copa Corrections, if required

c. Co-ordination with various BS -TLs related to order booking

2) Siemens Energy Carve Out Transactions

a. ICB order cancellation and ICC order booking

b. Ensure new orders and OOH is correctly reflecting in COPA

c. Submission of Tax invoices, CN, DN to SEIL team

d. GR IR follow up with AR ICC team

e. Payment follow up with SEIL and AR ICC payment team

f. AR adjustment for payment received

g. SEIL payout alignment with CFR /AR ICC team

3) Monthly POC working – IFRS

4) OOH review- quarterly-

a. Review/ follow up with OE team for respective BSS

b. Data reporting to FIN team

c. For order cancellations, ensuring approvals as per DOA and COPA corrections for the required cases

5) Project status review – POC projects format updation and signing off with MGM

6) POC exceptions format updation and signing off with MGM

7) Project review- Cost transfer adjustment JVs, CN & DN issuance

8) Data reporting to EA FIN team – need basis
