Financial Analyst (HAV - Hardware-Assisted Verification)

Position Summary
Provide financial analysis and business partnership for the HAV business unit. Responsible for all aspects of financial management including plan, forecast, financial closes, reporting, and legal entity cross charges and accruals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support HAV General Manager and staff with financial reporting and analysis
- Manage monthly close process including accruals and legal entity cross charges
- Manage quarterly COGS and Margin forecasts
- Responsible for the monthly forecasting and annual planning within the assigned
- Areas including recommendations for continuous improvement:
- Preparation of the monthly and quarterly reporting packages for HAV Management
- Lead new reporting, process enhancements and drive initiatives and implementation
- Identify opportunities for cost reductions and efficiencies
- Manage and support HAV cost centers and associated hierarchies
- Special projects supporting the Business Unit and DISW
- Ad-hoc analysis as needed
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant education / work experience in Finance
- Ideal candidate has 5-7 years of finance experience
- Preferred: Master of Business Administration
- Prior experience working with Office, Hyperion, Essbase, SAP and Business Objects
- Prior experience in managing budgets and cost center reporting and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be flexible as to assignment, business needs, adapt quickly to change and able to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Attention to detail, with ability to summarize information appropriately for the audience
- Enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude

The pay range for this position is 102,500 - 184,500 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
