You’ll make an impact by:

• As part of our IT DF India Hub expansion, we are seeking a Communication Specialist to drive strategic communication initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across teams.
• This role is essential for fostering collaboration and maintaining transparency within our global IT organization.
• Develop and distribute newsletters, presentations, and internal updates.
• Manage content across SharePoint, intranet, and email platforms.
• Create engaging visual storytelling and design for internal campaigns.
• Support change and transformation management communication for IT projects.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in content creation and digital communication tools.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and design tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned topics.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations following corporate brand guidelines.
• Design key visuals and presentations for top management
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and time zones.
• Strong collaboration skills in virtual, global teams using tools like Microsoft Teams.

• German language skills Must.
• Experience working with or for German headquarters.
