Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Warehouse Operations Assistant in our Bangkok office.
This is your role. What part will you play?
You will be responsible to lead and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management, enforce safety standards, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.
The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage inventory and tools by maintaining accurate stock records, performing cycle counts, updating systems, and tracking equipment issuance, calibration, and maintenance.
- Handle receiving and dispatch operations, including verifying deliveries, creating goods receipt notes, picking/packing materials, and coordinating logistics for timely collection and delivery.
- Organize storage and maintain housekeeping standards by applying FIFO/FEFO principles, labeling items, segregating hazardous materials, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
- Ensure quality and compliance through inspection of incoming goods, managing non-conformance reports, supporting audits, and enforcing HSE and PPE standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with procurement, logistics, project teams, and vendors to prioritize urgent requests, resolve shortages or delays, and support project timelines.
Use your skills to move the world forward.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience in warehouse and inventory management operations.
- Familiarity with HSE standards and best practices for material handling.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and related software.
- Strong skills in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Forklift certification is an advantage.
