Apply now for the Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 Months Contract) position and play a key role in the ASEAN team. You will support our recruiting process while partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition Leader, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Global People Connect Team to facilitate our hiring process and great candidate experiences.
 
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will focus your efforts on a certain specialty area as well as general support: i.e., offer process, Interview process, sourcing, data, early career recruitment, etc.

Your Role:
  • You will facilitate and coordinate support for Recruiters, Candidates, and Hiring Managers in the recruiting process.
  • You will facilitate the offer process in partnership with recruiters from start to finish.
  • You will administer offer letter delivery to new employees.
  • You will support and maintain a knowledge base used in execution of process to include process and sub process maps, inventory of content used for offer letters, regular audit and update cadence, stakeholders, etc.
  • You will generate reports related to your work at a defined cadence.

Your Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as an HR Assistant or recruitment coordination role.
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support administrative recruiting functions, track new hires, and retrieve data.
  • Interface and communication with Candidates, Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics i.e., time to hire.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition in recruitment processes and coordination as needed.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, recruiting coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with offer process and offer letter content.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
  • Adherent to laws, rules, and personal data privacy regulations.
  • Polished and professional presentation and communication; capable of communicating complex content in a succinct manner in-person, over the phone, video, and through written correspondence.
  • Ability to guide processes to closure.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Workday or ATS system experience.
  • Passion for HR/ Recruitment methods and processes.
