Siemens Real Estate (SRE) is responsible for the professional management of Siemens’ real estate portfolio worldwide. SRE manages the real estate portfolio, operates the properties, and is responsible for building projects and the purchase and sales of real estate. SRE thus ensures that the use of resources is optimized and sustainable in terms of costs, transparency, and efficiency. This includes the acquisition, setup of new commercial/industrial real estate, renovations, disposition of locations and servicing customers with a broad set of service offerings. 

We are looking for an experienced Property and Asset Expert to manage and optimize our industrial real estate portfolio in Sibiu and Oradea. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with operational expertise to ensure maximum asset performance and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of industrial properties in Sibiu and Oradea, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Manage leasing activities, tenant relationships, and contract negotiations for industrial facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the industrial portfolio.
• Lead projects in accordance with project management methods and techniques.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business objectives and project execution.
• Maintain the relationship with local authorities regarding the Real Estate portfolio
• Act as local interface to Facility Management Provider.
• Ensure the correctness and validity of local data in all tools, e.g. space, customers, contracts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in property and asset management, preferably in industrial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of industrial property operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English.
