Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Lexington, NC is $124,542.00 – $168,096.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Oversee Agile Project Management activities including planning and executing iterative sprints, conducting daily stand-ups, and facilitating retrospective sessions to ensure alignment with project goals and continuous improvement. Responsible for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Implementation, encompassing vendor coordination, user training, troubleshooting, and integration with existing systems for real-time monitoring. Deploy Digitalization and Automation Technologies including Cobots, RPA, AR, and IIoT to improve operational efficiency and data analysis. Engage in process optimization and systems analysis through data collection, workflow mapping, and applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive productivity and quality enhancements. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement solutions.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Industrial Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
1. Implementing Robotic Process Automation.
2. Utilizing data from ERP for analysis.
3. Creating dashboards to enhance production visibility by integrating data from ERP and other platforms into Power BI.
4. Managing projects and communication with stakeholders and team members.
5. Working with Gantt charts to review relationships between project components (successors and predecessors) for tracking.
Telecommuting permissible pursuant company policy. 10% Domestic Travel Required. [Hybrid Role]
