We are building a pool of professionals who, in the future, could be responsible for the complete lifecycle of industrial automation systems – from installation and commissioning to maintenance, troubleshooting, and potentially project coordination. With a growing emphasis on cybersecurity for industrial environments, we are looking for individuals ready to grow with us in this dynamic field.
Your Potential Role at Siemens:
Depending on future opportunities, you could be involved in activities such as:
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various industrial automation platforms and technologies.
- Support and optimization of industrial communication networks and IT/OT infrastructure.
- Implementation, maintenance, and support of cybersecurity solutions and principles for industrial control systems, in line with best practices and industry standards.
- Providing technical support and expertise to clients.
- Potential coordination of small to medium-sized service projects
Your Ideal Profile:
We are not looking for perfection, but strong potential and a solid foundation. Do you recognize yourself in these characteristics?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Automation, Electronics, Computer Science) or a related technical field.
- Knowledge and/or experience with industrial automation platforms and related communication protocols (demonstrated interest in Siemens technologies will be a plus!).
- Solid understanding of networking and IT/OT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity principles and relevant industry regulations/standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
