About the Job
We are seeking a hard-working Marketing Communications Specialist to join our global marketing team. As Brightly, a Siemens company, continues its rapid growth, this role will be instrumental in improving our external brand reputation and driving internal communication consistency. You will support key communication programs to build brand awareness, educate the market, and contribute directly to our global growth objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of current B2B communication trends, tactics, and programs. You are a skilled message crafter, passionate about leveraging essential communication to elevate Brightly’s brand and influence in the markets we serve.

This role is essential for the planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of our corporate marketing communications. Key areas of focus include public and media relations, customer and product outreach, incident communications, social media, and developing content for spokespersons, influencers, and executive communications. Strong professional writing skills, an ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences, and expertise in conveying complex information clearly to drive engagement are essential.

What you will do
  • Support the execution of Brightly’s global communications strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing and company objectives.
  • Draft, edit, and review professional communications for owned, earned, and paid channels, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive communications calendar, coordinating with PR, social media, customer, and internal communications teams.
  • Develop engaging content across various communication channels.
  • Build and maintain a library of communication templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Analyze communication performance across all channels, generate insights, and provide recommendations to optimize strategy and content.
What you need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 + years of marketing communications experience in a corporate setting or similar role, preferably with a global B2B brand.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and adapt tone for various audiences and channels.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting B2B PR, thought leadership, and social media strategies, including external listening and feedback mechanisms.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong sense of accountability for deliverables, deadlines, and fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

The pay range for this position is $44,982 - $77,112 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
