Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Global Restructuring Initiatives: Drive process improvements specifically related to global restructuring, focusing on efficiency enhancement and burden reduction for P&O members.
• Program Management: Support implementation of specific P&O initiatives and programs in close collaboration with other key stakeholders.
• Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Proactively assess current P&O processes, identify opportunities for increased efficiency and scalability, and lead initiatives to reduce operational burden for P&O team members.
• Data Analytics and Insights: Analyze complex HR and organizational data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and support recommendations for process improvement and program effectiveness. Data analytics is important but primarily supports recommendations, not as a primary job focus.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders across multiple functions to understand needs, gather feedback, and facilitate effective communication regarding process changes and program updates.
• Present Recommendations: Develop and deliver clear, actionable recommendations in various formats (presentations, reports, dashboards) tailored to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and P&O teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• US-based, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast.
• Limited travel required (approximately 10% or less).
• Demonstrated experience in HR process improvement, program management, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
