P&O Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Restructuring Initiatives: Drive process improvements specifically related to global restructuring, focusing on efficiency enhancement and burden reduction for P&O members.
- Program Management: Support implementation of specific P&O initiatives and programs in close collaboration with other key stakeholders.
- Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Proactively assess current P&O processes, identify opportunities for increased efficiency and scalability, and lead initiatives to reduce operational burden for P&O team members.
- Data Analytics and Insights: Analyze complex HR and organizational data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and support recommendations for process improvement and program effectiveness. Data analytics is important but primarily supports recommendations, not as a primary job focus.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders across multiple functions to understand needs, gather feedback, and facilitate effective communication regarding process changes and program updates.
- Present Recommendations: Develop and deliver clear, actionable recommendations in various formats (presentations, reports, dashboards) tailored to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and P&O teams.

- Broad HR Background: Possesses comprehensive Human Resources knowledge across multiple disciplines, with a particular focus on process optimization and program support.
- Process Orientation: Strong ability to design, improve, and implement HR processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Effective at building relationships, managing expectations, and collaborating across organizational boundaries.
- Data Facilitation: Comfortable working with and interpreting complex data sets, drawing meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
- Presentation Skills: Capable of presenting information and recommendations clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- US-based, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast.
- Limited travel required (approximately 10% or less).
- Demonstrated experience in HR process improvement, program management, and data analysis.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

The pay range for this position is $102,500 - $184,500 annually with a target incentive of 5-8% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
