You'll make an impact by

• You support the Head of Sales and the team by assisting with daily sales operations and ongoing projects, gaining insight into the intersection of finance, technology, and digitalization
• Building on this, you help design and implement strategic sales initiatives, such as partner programs or industry-specific approaches, while actively contributing your ideas in a dynamic environment
• Additionally, you prepare and participate in (online) workshops by creating workshop materials, documenting results with visual methods, and learning to moderate sessions
• As part of your role, you further assist the team with customer relationship management tasks—such as preparing presentations and supporting pre-sales activities for events or fairs—thus strengthening your communication skills
• Throughout all tasks, you continuously expand your knowledge in sales and finance while collaborating closely with colleagues from various disciplines across Germany

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen interest in project management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and open to learning new digital tools
  • Experience or knowledge of sales tools, Power BI, and dashboards is an advantage
• Ways of Working: You are a committed team player with excellent communication and networking abilities, showing initiative and motivation
• Languages: You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
