Account Manager - Territory Sales

Location: Nashik

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development for industrial automation products such as PLC, SCADA, VFD, and DCS in the Nashik region. The role involves managing channel partners, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical-commercial solutions to customers in manufacturing and process industries.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets for automation products (PLC, SCADA, VFD, DCS, Process Instruments).
  • Identify and develop new customers in key sectors like manufacturing, process plants, and OEMs.
  • Promote automation solutions and value-added services to enhance customer productivity.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company pricing and commercial policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 6-8 years of experience in Industrial Automation Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, VFD, and DCS systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office.
