Your skills and experience 

• Design, implementation and testing & commissioning of infrastructure-related projects

• Responsible for system design for Communications System or Main Control System

• Study the user requirements and coordinate with the customer’s engineers and end users to finalize the design proposal

• Prepare submission for Design document, Test specifications and O&M manual

• Coordinate with hardware suppliers and software suppliers for FAT, equipment delivery and site T&C support activities

• Coordinate with installation engineers and interface engineers for system design and interface works

• Report to Project Manager and Design Managers for system design and T&C progress

• Cost estimation and request quotations for design works

 Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

• Preferably 7 years’ technical experience for system design works (for Senior Engineer);

• Preferably 5 years’ technical experience for system design works (for Engineer);

• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer

• Knowledge in Communications Systems such as CCTV, PAS, PIDS, Data Network and PABX, or Main Control System such as PLC, IBP, database and HMI design would be an advantage

• Experience on MTR Projects would be an advantage

• Knowledge in BIM, MicroStation and AutoCAD would be an advantage

• A team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
