Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for Global Logistics
- You will develop, validate and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports for management
- You will conduct cost-benefit analyses to guide decision-making
- You will collaborate with operations, transportation and warehouse teams to streamline processes
Your qualifications and experience:
- QQI level 8 Degree Level Education
- Business professional with 5+ years’ experience in Data/Business Analysis in a Logistics/Planning environment focused on business performance analysis.
- Proven experience of building and maintaining relational databases to be used to support detailed data analysis
- Proven experience of working with the complexity of information and ability to supply strong, coherent business recommendations as a result
Your attributes and skills:
- You have Advanced level in Microsoft office 365, databases design, Snowflake, BI tools (such as Qlik, PowerBI),
- (Intermediate knowledge of SAP systems and knowledge of RPA would be a plus)
- You have excellent data centric problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- You are a team player and have ability to build strong networks and to develop key relationships both internally and externally in a multi-functional setting
- You have strong organizational skills and high attention to details
- You are self-directing, goal orientated and able to prioritize your workload
