About the Job
As the Director, Campaign Marketing, reporting to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of omnichannel Campaign Marketing Managers, each focused on a specific market segment. Additionally, you will oversee an Events Manager, ensuring our tradeshow strategy and execution align with overall campaign objectives.
You will provide strategic oversight, ensure alignment of vertical marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, and drive collective revenue impact across these critical segments. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong track record of leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of how to translate market insights into measurable business growth. You will be a key contributor to our marketing leadership team, shaping our approach to market engagement and customer acquisition.
What you will do
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of marketing and event managers fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative team culture.
- Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support individual career development paths.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and cross‑vertical learning among team members, including effective strategies for integrating event marketing into broader campaigns
- Act as an escalation point for challenges and provide guidance on complex marketing strategies and execution, including tradeshow strategy and logistics.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and own the comprehensive campaign marketing strategy, to ensure alignment with global corporate objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide strategic oversight for the tradeshow and event marketing strategy, ensuring events are effectively integrated into campaign plans and deliver strong return on investment (ROI).
- Review and approve individual vertical marketing plans, ensuring they are data-driven, customer-centric, and poised to deliver significant ROI.
- Identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration across different vertical segments to maximize efficiency and impact, including leveraging events to support multiple segments.
- Contribute to the broader marketing leadership team, shaping overall marketing strategy and priorities.
Performance Management & Reporting:
- Accountable for the overall performance and ROI of all campaign marketing initiatives, including tradeshows and event marketing.
- Establish executive-level KPIs, comprehensive forecasting, and robust reporting frameworks. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire vertical marketing team, focusing on lead generation, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
- Aggregate and analyze performance data across all vertical campaigns, identifying trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to the head of marketing, sales leadership, and other senior team members.
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds targets for lead generation, opportunity creation, and revenue contribution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a key member of the marketing leadership team and collaborate directly with senior executives (e.g., Head of Marketing, Head of Sales North America, Business Unit Leads) to influence overall business strategy, resource allocation, and market direction.
- Act as a primary liaison between the vertical marketing team and key internal collaborators, including Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Global Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
- Ensure seamless integration of vertical marketing efforts with broader marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives.
- Represent the vertical marketing team in strategic planning meetings and cross-departmental projects.
Build strong relationships with sales leaders to ensure marketing efforts directly support their revenue objectives and provide essential sales enablement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years progressive leadership experience in B2B marketing
- Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable leads, opportunities, and revenue.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on ROI and accountability.
What makes you a Standout
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple distinct vertical markets.
- Experience working in a large, global, or matrixed organization.
- Experience in the asset management space or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in event marketing, tradeshow planning, and budget management for lead generation.

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $175,644 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
