You'll make an impact by

• You support the GenerativeAI team in Corporate Communications by assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining applications such as SharePoint, MS Teams, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel lists
• Building on this, you help identify and develop AI use cases by collaborating with business units, testing new bots and tools, and validating proof-of-concepts together with stakeholders
• Additionally, you contribute to community management by supporting colleagues in their AI learning journeys through guidance, training sessions, and creating documentation for internal generative AI platforms
• Furthermore, you assist in general research activities and help update presentations, templates, tutorials, and other materials to ensure continuous enablement across communications teams

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a university program in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a comparable field
• Experience and Skills:
  • You have strong technical curiosity and understanding of AI, generative AI, and emerging technologies
  • You are proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) and familiar with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity
  • Experience with agentic workflow solutions or coding copilots is a valuable asset
• Ways of Working: You demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and structured approach to tasks and communication
• Languages: You communicate confidently in both English and German
