We are seeking an innovative and analytical AI Process Engineer to lead the integration and optimization of Artificial Intelligence solutions across our Marketing, Communication, Sales/After-sales, Order Management and Collection functions. The successful candidate will possess a robust combination of technical expertise in AI/ML, established process engineering methodologies, and comprehensive skills for data-driven analyses towards process improvements. This position is critical for identifying AI application opportunities, designing scalable AI-powered workflows, and ensuring their successful implementation and continuous improvement to maximize efficiency, customer value, and business performance.
Your mission will be…
- AI Strategy & Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with business stakeholders in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Order and Collection Management to identify operational inefficiencies and strategic opportunities for AI/ML application (e.g., lead scoring, content personalization, sales forecasting, automated customer support, order processing optimization, cashflow forecasting).
- Process Design & Optimization: Re-design, re-model, and optimize end-to-end business processes and data flows by integrating AI/ML components. This includes defining data flows, integration points, decision logic, and human-in-the-loop interactions for AI-driven workflows.
- Solution Architecture & Implementation Support: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and IT teams to translate AI process designs into technical specifications and provide support throughout the development, testing, and deployment phases of AI solutions.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitoring frameworks for AI-driven processes. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement iterative enhancements to models and workflows to optimize impact and efficiency.
- Data Governance & Quality: Collaborate with data management teams to ensure the availability, quality, and ethical utilization of data required for (Agentic) AI solutions and deployment within the above-mentioned business domains.
- Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for AI-powered processes and deliver training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and utilization.
- Technological Advancement: Maintain current knowledge of advancements in AI/ML technologies, process automation, and industry best practices to facilitate continuous innovation within the team.
We are looking for someone with…
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Process Engineering: Proven experience in process analysis, design, optimization, and re-engineering methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
- AI/ML Fundamentals: Demonstrated practical application of AI/ML concepts, algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with advanced AI techniques such as Agentic AI.
- Proven Experience with data retrieval, manipulation and analysis across multiple data sources, including Snowflake and other relational databases, using tools such as SQL and Python (e.g. pandas).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and design effective, data-driven solutions.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficiency with data analysis & data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for effective insight generation and presentation.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Experience contributing to or managing projects, with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Domain Specific Experience: Prior experience applying AI in marketing automation, CRM systems, sales enablement, lead management, account receivables or e-commerce.
- Process Automation Tools: Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or other Business Process Management (BPM) suites.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI/ML, process improvement, or cloud platforms.
