Training Development Intern
Based: Greece. Full-time. 12 months.

Position Overview
Siemens DISW is seeking an Intern to join its Learning Development team focusing on Simulation and High-Performance Computing. The Intern will work with the training development team as well as Subject Matter Experts and Program Management stakeholders to create and/or validate materials for our training packages. This includes core content development and evaluation for training formats used by the learning development team, evaluating and updating engineering simulation workflows for selected materials, and gaining proficiency in software used for engineering simulation and high-performance computing operations. The individual in this role will use sound technical skills to meet organizational learning development goals.
What you will be doing
• Review and edit learning material/media as needed.
• Use appropriate software and systems to create assets (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.).
• Maintain project documentation and course folders.
• Establish and adhere to milestones contained within courseware project plans.
• Ensure comprehensive editing for grammar, usage, consistency, accuracy and style.
• Review existing courses in Learning Management System
What you will bring
Basics:
• Fluent in English (speaking, listening, writing) is required
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
Preferred:
• Experience with Siemens DISW / Altair software is a plus
• Experience with science, technology, or engineering workflows is a plus
• Classroom (virtual, in-person) training experience is a plus
• Training material creation experience is a plus
