We are actively seeking an exceptional and driven Data Scientist to join our dynamic XP team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights and advanced models that power our platform and integrated digital solutions.
You’re a passionate Data Scientist with a proven track record in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, eager to contribute to groundbreaking, data-driven initiatives that directly impact patient care and accelerate innovation in the medical field.

In this role, you are responsible to

• Data Preparation & Processing: Identify, collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources. Apply statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights.

• Prototype & Tool Development: Develop, test, and deploy quick proof-of-concept models and data products to validate potential solutions.

• Communication & Visualization: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations and compelling data visualizations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, quality and service, to ensure data solutions are aligned with business goals.

• Continuous Learning & Improvement: Engage in continuous upskilling in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and fundamental machine‑learning concepts.


To be successful in this role, your profile includes:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow).

• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Matplotlib, etc.)

• Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with databases

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently on well-defined tasks.

• Clear communication skills for explaining basic analytical findings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to XP systems or similar medical systems

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Experience in developing production-level machine learning models.
