Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Examining tenders’ specifications (technical and financial conditions and requirements).
  • Formulate tender clarification requests.
  • Collaborate with Service Sales, Commercial and Legal Department.
  • Evaluate clarifications responses. Summary for go decisions in tenders.
  • Follow up the frame contracts and additional contracts execution.             
  • Examine frame contracts and additional contracts for conformity with tenders’ specifications
  • Receive and check incoming contracts from customers. Archiving. Returning signed contracts to customers.  Sending required service execution reports to customers.
  • Checking contracts’ requirements and agreed services (SLAs). Ordering and maintaining internal and external services. Maintain and track the SLAs in SAP
  • Service contracts reports

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Higher education completed or in the process of completion.
  • Public procurement knowledge - Intermediate
  • Organizational capacity.
  • Attention to details.
  • English knowledge - Intermediate
  • Microsoft Office - Intermediate.
  • Good communication skills.
