In your primary role, you will be responsible for the following:

·       To work with digitalization transformation manager on developing, maintaining digital business solutions for COF India (SFSPL, SFPL)

·       Work closely with business users to understand their use cases before and later during life cycle of the application developed. Supports the business with a special focus on growth through innovation by detecting new business opportunities.

·       Work with SFS IT in India and Munich to develop the solutions in house leveraging available infrastructure while ensuring IT compliance and related security measures advised pertaining to data, processing and its storage

·       Regular interaction with management and senior business leaders to understand and digital deliver solutions aimed and catering their day-to-day automation requirements, operational excellence as well as leveraging data and systems to generate new leads and ideas for business

·       About 2-4 years of experience in technology, computer science and programming skills in 1-2 modern languages. Skill in R / Shiny / Python is preferred.

·       Strong data skills : Data analytics, pipelines, munging, dash boarding, MIS, etc

·       Experience in developing full stack apps (front end, back end with databases)

·       Ability to work with Development Operations and IT Team in a collaborative manner

·       Should have some experience in understanding deployment / maintenance / DEV Ops

·       Quick learning ability demonstrated by academics and /or on the job skills.

·       Collaboration across diverse teams – both business and non-business.

·       Interest and aptitude in finance related applications and AI , ML technology.
