Siemens Mobility is looking for an experienced Starszy/a Pawnik/czka - Senior Legal Counsel for Commercial Law (f/m/d) to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will provide clear, businessoriented legal guidance, support strategic decision-making, and help ensure compliant and efficient execution of commercial activities across our organization.

You'll create impact by:
  • Bringing your expertise as a qualified Legal Advisor/Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in commercial transactions, public procurement, and commercial law.
  • Using your fluent English and native Polish to negotiate and lead transactions confidently in both languages.
  • Steering complex, international projects, ensuring alignment and smooth cooperation with global stakeholders.
  • Applying your strong knowledge of commercial and public procurement law, with additional value from experience in the rail or civil construction sectors in Poland.
  • Delivering highquality work through exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Communicating clearly and confidently, making complex legal topics accessible to both legal and nonlegal audiences. 

Your defining qualities:
  • You provide independent, comprehensive legal advice across sales, project execution, and procurement.
  • You confidently support and lead negotiations, consultations, renegotiations, and dispute resolution processes.
  • You effectively identify and communicate legal risks and opportunities, always with strong operational awareness.
  • You collaborate closely with business stakeholders and legal teams both in Poland and at headquarters.
  • You offer functional guidance to Contract Managers whenever needed.
  • You manage relationships with external counsel, including oversight of associated budgets.
