AI Enablement Architect

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement AI-augmented development strategy for frontend architecture
o Design and deploy AI-powered development tools (code generation, UI creation,
automated testing)
o Integrate LLM capabilities (Claude, GHCP) into development workflows via APIs
and agent frameworks
o Build AI agent context packages for domain-specific development (component
libraries, design systems)
o Develop automated analysis and triage capabilities using AI
o Create AI-powered code review and quality assurance tools
• Lead DevOps infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline evolution for frontend platforms
o Design and implement container registry strategies (Harbor, Docker, cloud registries)
o Develop CI/CD pipelines for frontend component libraries and design systems
o Integrate observability platforms (Grafana, DORA metrics, health dashboards)
o Implement automated release workflows and semantic versioning
• Drive component library and design system architecture
o Evolve web component architecture and design token pipelines
o Develop guidelines and best practices for component development
o Build developer tooling for component discovery, documentation, and usage
o Establish enablement model
• Partner with product teams to accelerate frontend development velocity
o Reduce UI development time through AI-powered code generation tools
o Implement developer experience improvements and productivity measurements
o Build self-service platforms for common development workflows
o Establish metrics and KPIs for development velocity and code quality
o Drive adoption of AI and DevOps tools across development teams
Required Skillset:
• Demonstrated experience building AI-powered development tools and integrating LLM APIs
(Claude, GPT, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI)
• Demonstrated experience with frontend architecture and component library development
(Web Components, React, design systems)
• Extensive experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure (Docker, CI/CD, GitLab,
Harbor, ArgoCD)
• Demonstrated experience with observability and metrics platforms (Grafana, Prometheus,
DORA metrics)
• Strong understanding of frontend development workflows and tooling (npm, build systems,
testing frameworks)
• Experience with full SDLC and version control systems (Git, GitLab, GitHub)
• Demonstrated ability to build production-grade developer tools and platforms
Preferred Skillset:
• Demonstrated experience building AI agent frameworks and agentic workflows (Claude Code,
custom agents)
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM application development
• Knowledge of semantic web technologies and knowledge graphs for code understanding
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Security certifications or demonstrated experience with secure AI/LLM deployments
• Experience with API gateway patterns and microservices architectures
• Background in UI/UX design systems and design token automation
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and SaaS application development
• Contributions to open source projects or published developer tools
• Experience with analytics and data visualization for development metrics

The annual target salary range for this position is $135,400 CAD to $243,700 CAD and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Siemens offers health and wellness benefits to employees.
