Today, we are recruiting for a PMO Working Student to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.
What are my responsibilities?
- Assist the PMO department in maintaining and improving project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
- Support the development and optimization of document management processes and repositories.
- Design and build AI-driven processes and automation solutions to streamline PMO workflows, reporting, and data handling.
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards, templates, and automated reports that enhance project visibility and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical digital or automation solutions.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You are undergraduate of an Informatic Systems, Engineering major from a reputable university.
- Preferably, you have a knowledge of Programming Platforms (Python, Java, etc)
- You should have good background in process automation is a must.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must. German is a plus.
- Ability to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong influence.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
