Working Student (f/m/d) Strategy & Knowledge Management
Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / 15h/Week

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- In the Strategy team, we oversee Knowledge Management for Enterprise Services. Knowledge Management ensures that information on our business is easily available in our dashboards and platforms, to provide answers on “Which hospitals did we improve stroke treatment for?” and “Who are the colleagues I need to reach out to?”. If done correctly, Knowledge Management saves time and costs while improving the delivery of our services:
- You will assist in creating user training courses for the platform and promotional presentations to raise awareness of knowledge management
- You will help collect and clean up documents and upload them to the knowledge platform
- You will contribute to improving the user interface of our Power BI dashboards and SharePoint tools based on feedback you receive from colleagues
- You will support strategic projects within our team

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are studying marketing, management, business administration, medical process management or a comparable subject area
- You are available for at least one year
- You have very good Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- You already gained practical experience (e.g. working student job, internship, etc.) and ideally you have experience in strategy, consulting, marketing, software development or comparable
Your attributes and skills:
- You have very good German and English skills
- You are reliable and a team player
- You feel comfortable giving presentations and creating presentations
